    Overview - Marvel NOW! (October 2012-May 2015) (October 2016-)

Following the conclusion of the 'Avengers vs. X-Men' event, this "shifting" of the Marvel Universe saw the relaunch of several ongoing comics as well as new titles. This event entails changes to both the publishing format and the universe to attract new readers. This stage of the 'Marvel ReEvolution initiative' includes new creative teams for the titles as well as changes in-universe that include new character designs and new story-lines.

Spinning out of the 'Age of Ultron' event, Avengers A.I. was the first title of Marvel NOW!'s Wave Two. 'Superior Spider-Month' brought upon three additional titles in July 2013 as well. These titles were: Superior Spider-Man Team-Up, Superior Foes of Spider-Man, and Superior Carnage (limited series). In the aftermath of 'Infinity', the third phase, All-New Marvel NOW!, saw new series being launched and also provided new entry points to existing series which were branded as ".NOW". Along with these new titles, All-New Marvel NOW! also saw the integration of Marvel Ultimate titles: Miles Morales: Ultimate Spider-Man, Ultimate FF, and All-New Ultimates. These titles were branded with a banner that read "Ultimate Marvel NOW!". The fourth wave of Marvel NOW! takes place in the aftermath of the 'Original Sin' event and focuses exclusively on solo Avengers titles. This wave is known as Avengers NOW!

Marvel NOW! is not a reboot, but a continuation in the ongoing saga of the Marvel Universe.

Marvel NOW! came to an end in May 2015 at the start of the Secret Wars storyline.

Following the conclusion of the "Civil War II" storyline, Marvel NOW! makes it's return in October 2016.

*NOTE*: Titles are arranged by release date, THEN alphabetically. Also, current ongoing titles are marked with an asterisk.
