Magnus is taken to 1-A’s lair and has to deal with the problems and escapees of the asylum of 1-A’s past mutated failures of his attempts to create a robot fighter in “The Asylum Saga Part One -- Revelations.”
Returning to North Am, Magnus battles a creature from 1-A's asylum on Phobos. Taken aboard the creature's ship, he learns of 1-A's original Robot Fighter candidates who have been locked away in the Asylum. Convinced by Asylum inmates, Frost, Fluffy, and Magskrag, that the others are wrongly imprisoned, Magnus takes their ship to Phobos to free those still trapped in the Asylum.
