No one seems to know why Ernesto and Luigi Gambonno joined the Circus of Crime, but the Italian aerialists have been long standing members possibly only missing out on their first appearance against the Hulk. The identical twins effectively use their acrobatic skills in tandem causing confusion, but still have proven unable to best Spider-Man or Daredevil.
The Great Gambonnos joined the Clown, Princess Python, and Cannonball as the Masters of Menace. This enterprise, going out without the Ringmaster, proved to be no more successful and they rejoined the Circus.
