    Lord Thornwic is the Swordsman to the God and first appeared in the series when, he charges a boy with murdering fairies, who claims that he thought that they were butterflies. As punishment he decides to kill the boy and his family. Tarot, swordsmaiden to the Goddess, arrives to help the family. But is unable to save the family from Thornwic's decision.
