Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
The Lighthouse appears at the start of season 5 of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Unlike the original source material from the comic books, the Lighthouse wasn't built by Hank Pym and Henry McCoy. In the MCU, the Lighthouse is a massive bunker built in case of an apocalyptic-level event constructed and equipped by S.H.I.E.L.D. under the command of General Rick Stoner. It is located under Lake Ontario.
In an alternate timeline, in the year 2091, the Lighthouse is first seen in space as a home of what remains of the human race and is under the dictatorship a Kree prince named Kasuis. S.H.I.E.L.D. Director Phil Coulson, along with agents Melinda May, Quake, Jemma Simmons, Mack, and Yo-Yo, found themselves transported to the future by Enoch to learn how to prevent Earth's destruction. They adjust to the Lighthouse's surroundings from Deke Shaw and others.
Once the S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents return to the past through a white monolith, they find themselves inside the Lighthouse in the year 2018.
