A video game designer in his everyday life, Kenn Kawa becomes a Challenger of the Unknown when he finds himself among the sole survivors of a devastating plane crash and sees the same light as the rest of the would-be team. The most spiritually-inclined of the Challengers, Kenn is open to the bizarre and paranormal but often clashes with Brenda's scientifically-minded approach to their investigations.
