    This review was originally posted on my website Imagination Centre (here).This series had a very good opening issue, as although it wasn't as brilliant as I hoped, it did a great job of introducing the characters and the world they live in. Mark Millar also did a great job of setting to tone of the series, and I'm sure it will get even better with time.PlotBrandon tries to act the superhero, but when his actions cause more trouble than good his father the Utopian has to step in.     Loved how this issue started out. Dumb kid "trying" to impress his father or others. But I didn't really like the exchanges between the father and son. I can't remember the exact words but it just felt obvious and not how a real person would talk. I dunno....maybe cuz he was drunk the dialogue seemed childish and unsophisticated.I agree the political aspect was also felt abit on the nose. It was presented in a very dry way and the disagreement between the two superheroes felt really dull.The da...
