Proper Japanese Title: 少年ジャンプNEXT!
Jump Next! was the third iteration of a seasonal off-shoot of Weekly Shonen Jump directly replacing Akamaru Jump which lasted for over ten years. Originally it was a proper seasonal magazine, dating its issues by the seasons, but in 2014 it became a bimonthly, releasing six issues a year dated by the months.
Like its predecessors it was mainly a home for one-shots while also running a few of its own serials. Usually the covers were represented by series that had been extremely popular in Weekly Shonen Jump but it rarely published full chapters from these titles. However, some WSJ series that would go on to be popular were first published in one-shot form in this magazine, while a few long-running series that had been cancelled published their final chapters in this magazine.
After six years, the magazine ended and was replaced by Shonen Jump Giga.
