    The Only Time We Ever Saw Jonah Hex's Mother 0

    Jonah Hex in a bar room brawl What makes the story "The Debt" so impactful a story is that it's about Jonah Hex coming to the aid of his mother, and it is the one and only time we ever see her in the entire history of Jonah Hex comics. Though the story is pretty standard - Jonah shows up in a town, helps a citizen (in this case his mother) who is being threatened by hoods, breaks some heads and shoots some people, then rides off into the sunset.
