    Jonah Hex #48 is mostly an average issue of the comic. An old Army scouting buddy of Hex's shows up on his doorstep, running from a Crow war party. Hex agrees to help him, but of course finds out there's more to the story. The backup feature is an El Diablo one, and while it's nice to have El Diablo back in the pages of Jonah Hex, it too is mostly an average story for that character.Now, keep in mind, average Jonah Hex is probably above average compared to all Western comics ever, but not by a w...
