Biography:

During their early history, the Guardians of the Universe reportedly exercised more direct control over the Green Lantern Corps. It is possible that this micro-management was a result of the Guardians unfamiliarity with the new Corps and the still raw impact of the Manhunter rebellion.

Approximately 2.5 billion years ago, Joanquin was a Green Lantern who served directly under the Guardian of the Universe, Herupa Hando Hu. Joanquin was a humanoid from the planet Cxrsee, distinguished by her white skin and hair of pure flame.

During her only known mission, the Guardian Herupa Hando Hu instructed Joanquin to assist another Green Lantern, Yyk of Sector 54. The details of this mission have not been reported.

Joanquin is memorialized in the Crypts of the Green Lantern Corps on Oa. The circumstances regarding her death have not been revealed.
