Jesse was the first IRO-Bot created by Dr. Leonard Hohenberger. He was the "brother" or Coheed and Cambria. He joined his siblings in the underground group known as K.B.I. He was commonly known by his call sign "Inferno". Jesse was an exact genetic clone of Dr. Hohenberger with enchanced physical strenght due to his cyborg physiology. He carried on his "fathers" work, creating new IRO-Bots after his death. After the events of Year of the Black Rainbow, Jesse became leader of the rebellion seeking to destroy Wilhelm Ryan.
