Jenny Soul was a blonde hair girl with both telepathic and telekinetic abilities who was inducted into Stormwatch in the time after a change in the timeline removed the previous incarnation of the team from existence. Sensing this threat, the Shadow Lords went to the new leader of Stormwatch known as Storm Control where he revealed that Jenny Soul was his greatest asset. To that end, the Weird who was a fellow Stormwatch member was assigned as her bodyguard. Jenny, however, had difficulty in certain assignments as she suffered from agoraphobia. She was deployed on the team sent to investigate the source for the disruption in the timeline that had wiped its previous version from reality.
