Character History
Jane Price is the wife of Roger Price. They help at the birth of the Starchild, the child of Ken Connell (the original Star Brand) and Debbie the Duck.
The Starchild later returns to talk to Jane. It has the memories of its mother, but is still very confused about the world. It wants to learn more from Jane and Roger. Roger, seeing the Starchild with Jane, thinks it's attacking her, and kills him. She is furious at its innocent evil-doing and tries to explain the importance of life. It leaves. Later, it resurrects Roger and gives him some of the power of the Star Brand, giving him a perfect body.
The Starchild then removes death from humanity altogether. Jane and Roger convince him to reverse this decision, which he does. Later, the Starchild brings (almost) all the wielders of the Star Brand together and removes their powers, so that he can seal the power away from humanity so it can do no more harm. Roger returns to being a normal person.
