    Unless zombie gravedigger Gwen Dylan eats a dead person's brain once a month, she loses her memories. The trouble is, for the week following a feeding, she shares her head with the dead person's final thoughts and has to complete any unfinished business they've left behind. In this case, it involves solving the murder of "Dead Fred." Meanwhile, Gwen's friend Spot is finding it increasingly difficult to keep his secret life as a were-terrier from his coworkers...

    A Smile On My Face As Soon As I Opened It 0

    Man oh man do I dig that Mike Allred art (with amazing colors by Laura Allred). But it can't be just about the art. Let's factor in the story as well.  The Good I could write this entire review just on the art and colors. I simply love that it's so different from everything else. Each character has their own look and feel. The colors combined with the shadows sets the tone for the story. The title may have "Zombie" in it but there are other "creatures" in this world. We see Horatio and Diogenes ...

    Story: Diogenes and Horatio are vampire hunting and they spot the red headed vampire Claire at a night club talknig to a nerd. At Dixie's Spot is running some info about Amon. Gwen gets a vision from the dead guy. Gwen, Ellie, and Scott are leaving when they bump into Claire and Ashok. Horatio helps Gwen up. They meet eye to eye and it looks like a possible connection. Gwen asks Ellie to sneak into Amon's house and Gwen follows. Vincent goes into Scott's apartment and sees him in his wer terrier...

    Has Teeth but still no bite. 0

    I am enjoying this series.  Great art and interesting take on Zombies.  The Vampires have been introduced in the last issue, but their plot point drags on a little long.  Bite someone darn it!  The wrapped up character in the House of Mystery Annual is now getting interresting.  No longer wrapped up we can see what he looks like.  He seems to know whats going on in Oregon and we are left with a cliffhanger on why we knows everyone.  I enjoyed this issue but it feels the series has teeth but no b...
