    Have Empathy for us Hellblazer fans.... 0

    Denise Mina is a respected crime writer and no one can take that away from her.  Vertigo made the mistake on letting her write John Constantine as her break into comics.  John Constantine is a complex character that not everyone can write.  You can tell in the way she writes John Constantine that she was not a fan of him before writing him.  This lack of experience writing comics, the lack of relationship with the character as well and the fact that she also followed Mike Carey's run do...
