MONSTER SOCIETY OF EVIL REMAINS PUBLIC DOMAIN

I have researched the Captain Marvel Adventures issues which contain MONSTER SOCIETY OF EVIL stories, and they were NOT renewed. The issues almost immediately after that were, but Monster Society slipped in under the wire before the renewed interest in the so-called "Shazam" series, and so this book will NOT be removed from sale. We are completely confident that this book is public domain.

There will be many which cannot be retained, because the renewals, though sporadic, are there.

But MSE is safe!
