She was not your typical jungle woman, clad in leopard skids or other barely-there materials. She was a woman of civilization, born and bred in the cities, and always wore her safari clothes (well, with skirt or shorts, anyway), and was not usually worshiped as a queen or goddess. This never lessens the dangers she faces, of course – when you're in the middle of the untamed land, the dangers are just as real no matter what you wear!In fact, she gets tied up more often than a submissive partner in a leather chamber.
“The Mystery Of The Hollow Mountain” appeared in Master Comics #119 (December 1950). Thanks to the generosity of Jim Martin, we can not only present this great story, but also the original art pages form the complete tale – a rare event in any comic, and especially so for a story that is over 65 years old!
BONUS STORY: “Adventure of the Lost Tribe (Master Comics #69).
Please Note: In September, 2018, due to uncertainty about its public domain status, the publisher immediately and voluntarily pulled this book from their catalog.
