    Hal Jordan appears to be getting used to not being a Green Lantern as he lives a normal ordinary life with his girl friend Carol Ferris. Meanwhile, Sinestro recruits his old nemesis Starstorm to help him look for Lyssa Dark, the keeper of the Black Book.This isn't a bad issue. It's just not a great issue.     Although I have no real problem with the first story arc in this series (which ended the previous issue) and even though this issue is aimed to be as a bit more of a transitional isssue, I still find that this is closer to what I expect out of the writer and the series than what passed before.  First of all the major difference here is that there is a lot of character development, which I expect out of Johns but which was mostly skipped over in the first story arc.  Secondly as opposed to the fi...
