    Hal travels to a world that appears to be an exact duplicate of earth and encounters "Carol Ferris" and the friends he left behind on his home planet. There he uncovers a secret that places the true earth in deadly peril.

    The elderly Green Lantern Wylxa is a legendary Lantern who wields his ring with ease. His apprentice Tahr is a novice who struggles to earn his master's sparring praise. When the elder Lantern pushes his apprentice too far, Tahr rebels and quits the Corps. Wylxa is forced to recall his own failings as a youth and learns a valuable lesson about patience and leadership.
