    Green Arrow #47 - Day of the Dead by jv on December 15, 2015

    In my opinion, Green Arrow has been great. Percy has done the best job since Lemire. The story has depth and the dialogue is well done, especially in this last issue. Percy balanced the Jefe's evil side with his justification, and the art has been great as well....
