    Originally posted on May 29, 2009.      Another one shot giving us a glimpse at some of the residents in Gotham.  While this may not be essential reading, there could be some seeds being planted for what's to come.  We know that the GCPD think of the new Azrael.  We know Tim's made a decision.  Vicki Vale is also on a mission.  I wonder what this appearance was of Batman that has people talking about him being alive.  I still don't get why they'd think "Batman" was dead to begin with...
