Investigations into the arson attacks and the murder of Bonnie Lewis continue in the Gotham City Police Department. Driver and Chandler interview two boys thought to have been bullying Bonnie at school (Brian and Mike) and discover that they are innocent, though they did steal a batarang from Bonnie. Later, Joseph Rigger (formerly Firebug) is located by the police - he tries to make an escape through a window, but lands awkwardly on a police car.
