Captain Glass and his team of Marines were dispatched to the planet Ryushi to investigate a distress signal, apparently extra-terrestrial (XT) in nature. Every member of his team was certainly wary as they were all familiar with the events of LV-426 on planet Acheron, and how an XT distress signal had led to a confrontation with Xenomorphs. Glass pulled his team together however and they landed on the planet to investigate. They first stopped at the cabin of Machiko Noguchi, a settler who had disappeared for reasons unknown long ago. Nothing of note could be found though, so Glass and his men continued to search for the source of the XT distress signal.

They found the source to be a crashed Predator spaceship. Upon entering the ship, the Marines wound up killing a Briar Wolf that had managed to startle them. Further inside the ship, they discovered the skeleton of a half-crushed Predator which the Briar Wolf had been feeding on, an unconscious Predator that had been strangely left alone, and a restrained Xenomorph Queen. The Marines believed the Queen to be dead, only for it to awaken and kill one of them. They promptly shot it to bits and Glass decided they should get off planet with their alien survivor.

As the Marines exited the ship however, Xenomorph Warriors burst out of the ground and attacked. Firing away, the Marines put up a defiant stand, but quickly found themselves surrounded. Just as they were about to be overrun, the Marines were suddenly saved by several Predators that appeared out of nowhere.

Glass ordered his men not to fire on the Predators, as he believed them to be members of the starship's crew that they had come to rescue. The Predators made short work of the Xenomorphs with their advanced weaponry while the Marines took the unconscious Predator to their ATV. One of the Marines tried to communicate with the Predators by approaching one of them - known among his own kind as Light-Stepper - only to be killed for his trouble by the Predator. Glass ordered his Marines to retreat and they took off in their ATV while firing at Light-Stepper. Another Predator managed to board the ATV, but Glass was able to make out his shimmering form even while cloaked and shot him, proving these aliens at least weren't invulnerable and could be killed.

The Marines regrouped at Machiko's cabin where Glass ordered their pilot to come and take them off Ryushi. Suddenly the unconscious Predator began to convulse. Glass realized what was happening as a Xenomorph Chestburster exploded out of the Predator's chest. Glass' sergeant ordered the Marines to kill it, only for the sergeant to be killed by a Predator's Plasma Caster. The Marines scrambled to escape as they saw their ship appear in the sky, only for their communications relay to disconnect in the confusion. Glass attempted to radio the pilot in order to warn him of the dangers in the area, only to notice the disconnected relay just as the Predators fired at the ship and destroyed it.

The remaining Marines sped away in the ATV while firing at the Predators. Glass knew they would need to set up a proper defense to take on the Predators, and so he took his men to what remained of the abandoned Prosperity Wells colony. They set up camp in the ruins and spread out a load of mines in the area nearby. Glass let his Marines get some sleep while he steeled himself to pay back the Predators for killing his men. He then took his platoon's flag and fashioned it into a bandanna as a sign of his resolve. Just as the Marines settled in however, the Xenomorph that had burst from the Predator crawled out from under the ATV, now having matured into a monstrous Predalien, and proceeded to kill two of the remaining Marines. It then ran off into the desert just as the Marines' motion tracker went off, alerting them to the presence of cloaked Predators. Glass remotely detonated the mines and killed several Predators.

With only one fellow Marine left alive, Glass had them run into the desert to escape, but the Predalien stalking them caused them to waste the last bullets remaining in their Pulse Rifles by shooting at shadows. The Predalien then pounced and killed the other Marine, leaving Glass the last human left alive. Things only got worse as Glass found himself cornered by Light-Stepper, the last surviving Predator. Instead of killing Glass however, Light-Stepper took on the Predalien. As the two aliens fought, Glass decided to pick a side and clubbed the Predalien with his empty Pulse Rifle.

After a vicious battle, Glass and Light-Stepper proved victorious. With the Predalien dead at their feet, Glass and the Predator seemed to have a new-found sense of respect for each other - or they were simply too tired to fight anymore. Glass and Light-Stepper therefore simply sat down and waited to see whose allies would show up first.

Having been adopted into a Predator clan, Machiko Naguchi later saw Light-Stepper board her clan's ship, wearing the flag of Glass' Marine platoon around his wrist. Whether this was Light-Stepper's trophy from defeating Glass, or simply something Glass gave him out of respect wasn't revealed, leaving Glass' fate uncertain.

    Powers & Abilities

Glass is a strong-willed, determined man, willing to see things through to the end no matter what, and able to keep a clear head even in the direst of circumstances. Through quick thinking, Glass manages to adapt to whatever he might need to in order to get through an ordeal - whether that means using his Pulse Rifle as a club or teaming up with a potentially hostile being.

He is also a natural leader who takes charge of the situation however he can for the sake of those serving under him.
