    The Gen-13 team recuperate as Fairchild tries to reconcile her since now distant and detached father abroad. The Gen-13 try to locate a new deputy leader to their goals petitioning Burnout for the lead, but Burnout rejects the idea out of spite for Lynch. A fight falls once more between Gen-13 and the Deviants which falls flat and the team repairs itself. Plus, a section of fan poetry from the fan letters section.

    A dismal story for 1996. When the artists have no authoring skills, all you see are plenty of pretty pictures with too much drama and little to no plot. An overdramatic, pale, mopey story that lacks any substance. Choi, Campbell, and Garner's earliest efforts executed with a lot of beautiful imagery with shallow plot and the heroes feel as if they are whining. The cover art remains stellar....
