    Gary is an intelligent, domesticated snail belonging to SpongeBob SquarePants and residing in Bikini Bottom. Gary Speaks with a cat-like meow, and an occasional roar. SpongeBob is shown to somehow understand Gary when he speaks. Gary has been shown to have more intelligence than his owner, warning him that his plans will fail, and being interested in books and other educational material.

    Appearance:

    Gary has a blue body with a yellow-green slime on his underbelly. He has long eye stalks, red irises, and black pupils. His shell is a pink-peach color with a red swirl and five blue oval-shaped markings.
