    Origin

    The Fingermen were created by Norsefire and Adam Susan as private, party-led paramilitary organization dedicated to the strict enforcement of the totalitarian regime's laws and regulations.

    Creation

    The Fingermen were created by Alan Moore and David Lloyd. They made their first appearance in Warrior #1.

    Major Story Arcs

    V for Vendetta

    A gang of Fingermen on vice stakeout encounter Evey Hammond, who tries to solicit one of the members. They attempt to rape her, but are confronted by V, who kills several members of the group and flees, taking Evey with him. They pursue, but are unsuccessful in capturing V.
