While Homicide watches over his sleeping master, Ernie tracks down Cremator who he has been lead to believe is responsible for the banishment of his mistress Lady Death. The two battle leaving a path of destruction in their wake. Ernie gets the better of his foe after an epic battle.
A gloating Ernie tells Cremator why he is about to be destroyed, who tells him he has been deceived. Satisfied that Cremator is telling the truth Ernie awakes just in time to avoid the sniper who has been moving in on his position. Homacide captures the the sniper who turns out to be Billy which gives Ernie an idea. He wants to use Billy to get to Mary, one of the doctors who gave Ernie his connection to Lady Death in the first place.
In Iowa Dr Price is on a mission with mercenary guards and in New York Chastity sets out on her mission to take down Ernie for the vampires.
