Vortex goes to investigate Nacht Island and see if there are any superhumans that the Elementals can recruit for their nation. He finds Ratman in a local bar and buys him some beers to loosen his tongue. Ratman lets it slip that he has been secretly training a team of superhumans for the government. The team leader shows up and a fight breaks out between him and Vortex. Pretty soon its all of Strikeforce America vs Vortex. Vortex manages to hold his own mostly, but eventually the fight stops.
Meanwhile back at Elementals' headquarters, Tommy discusses the eavesdropped meeting from last issue with the head of F.I.S.H. Tommy manages to persuade them for the most part, that his Super nation idea, is a very good plan.
