    Dyltah is the humanoid alien protagonist of the three-issue Helix series, Star Crossed.

    Creation

    Dyltah was created by Matt Howarth.

    Character Evolution

    Dyltah lives in space, somewhere between an asteroid belt and the planet Jupiter. She is deeply in love with a sentient asteroid named Saa. She is a loner, and frequently states that she hates people. It is later revealed that despite her outward appearance, Dyltah began life as a human, and underwent a series of expensive operations so that she could join the Jovian colony, and leave her own species behind. She also left behind a husband and son.
