    Drill Sergeant is a living puppet that was built by the great puppeteer Andre Toulon, during the 1910's. He has given life with an Egyptian spell and contains the soul of an incompetent puppet theater performer. His is very similar to the more up to date Tunneler, and he has a drill on his head that he uses to kill people, but due to his soul being that of someone with incompetence, he rarely uses his drill and instead observes battles from afar.
