Origin
Doll Face was one of the students and experimental subject of Mr. Carter, also known as Dr. Caligan. She was involved in Headcase's onslaught at Walker High School in San Francisco. She was capable of taking down Kid Flash and then facing Wonder Girl with little to no rest.
During the battle, Raven was able to make Headcase realize that he didn't need to act violently in an attempt to not feel alone. Robin impulsively attacked Headcase before he could be restrained. The perceived betrayal caused Headcase to unleash his wrath through his powers, destroying all the exposed site, after creating a black hole.
Fortunately, the team is able to defeat Headcase, but Caligan escapes. Doll Face and Caligan's other victims are taken to the hospital and his other victims like Doll Face were taken to the hospital. Some of the victims, like Jock, were unable to be found.
Dr. Caligan's goal is unknown.
Powers and Abilities
Dollface has the ability to make her skin tough as steel, which also gives her strength and relative invulnerability, and makes her skin into an electrical conduit.
