    Virtually nothing is known about Division U other than it was built by The United States Government solely for the purpose of capturing The Uni-Power and turning it into the ultimate weapon.
     
    It was commanded by a scientist known only as "Mister Wyatt" and grouped together several elite soldiers (including Steve Coffin, the second human in history to have become Captain Universe) and trained them on the fundamentals of dealing with Uni-Power hosts during conflicts, thus creating The Wraith Squad.
