Origin

At some point, Daniel Connor managed to gain part of Wolverine's DNA. He also became married and had a daughter called Avery.

Creation

Dr. Daniel Connor was created by Greg Rucka and Yoshitaka Amano, first appearing in Elektra and Wolverine: The Redeemer #1.

Major Story Arcs

The Redeemer

Using part of Wolverine's DNA, Daniel and his wife Veronica use it to genetically engineer their daughter. These experiments are overseen by Kiefer (their supervisor). However, they couple soon plan to escape from Kiefer's control by faking their divorce. Moving to Manhattan as part of the plan, Elektra later murders him after being hired by Kiefer to do so.
