    Brief History

    In the late 1950's Harris Moore stumbled across a radiation gaseous entity resembling a tiny comet which mutagenically altered him, giving him superhuman flying and electrical powers. He fought crime till joining the Champions of Xandar. While with the Champions he fought against the Skrulls until his death by fighting the space pirate Nebula. His son Crimebuster, also belonged to the Champions.
