       In this issue we see the lives of Cloak And Dagger before they ran away to New York. Todd was a poor black child from the streets of Harlem. Tandy a rich debutante ignored by her mother, but she ignores her step father who is trying to give her a normal life.        Even though we have been introduced to these two, and told of their mission all throughout the series, we are given an entire issue dedicated to their origin story.  It was a decent story however, even though it is filled with cli...
