    Christophe Simon was born in Belgium on August 16, 1974. After studying drawing at the Chatelet academy under the tutelage of Vittorio Léonardo and a year of history, art and archeology, he meets Jacques Martin at 19, in 1993 and starts collaborating with the master on some of his major series, Alix, Lefranc and Orion.
