Parsonavich, as he is known (he doesn't use his first name), often appears in the Adolescent Radioactive Black Belt Hamsters as a character as well as the artist. He is usually portrayed as a grumpy, seedy, somewhat addled man in sunglasses and a trench coat and wide-brimmed hat.
According to Don Chin, writing on the letters page of ARBBH #2, Parsonavich was born in April of 1963. He was 23 and an art major at Humboldt State University in Arcata, California, when he and Chin started ARBBH. He went to Eureka High School with Chin before that. They both also worked on Choke, Strip Tease, and Overload.
According to Chin, Parsonavich liked Pink Floyd and Coke Classic. His influences were Vaughn Bode, Moebius, and several Renaissance painters. He was a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism.
