    Member of the Morlocks. He was found out to be the person who started the riots in the Morlock Tunnels. initiates a psi-link with anyone he touches, becoming a mental hub that connects the minds of groups of people to transmit thoughts between individuals or impress his feelings onto others was able to calm him down thus stopping the fighting. Kevin's whereabouts are unknown but he probably died in the flood of the tunnels or on The Hill
