Alex Ross and Phil Hester welcome Mike Lilly as together, they present the return of Mystico and more about the Mad Magi! Black Terror is tormented by the death of a twenty year old woman Anne Goetz, who died in a bank robbery he tried to stop, when a bullet ricochet of his chest, and into her heart. He is horrified when her ghost comes out of the grave and tells him the only way to remove his guilt is to die. Almost fooled by the trick, the trick the Black Terrror grabs the neck of the ghost to find out it is none other than Mystico. Mystico a one time friend and ally to Black Terror was blackmailed into capturing Terror and have him brought back the the Mad Magi. The two decide to work together instead and stop the Magi from his plans. When the battle is over the two visit the Scarb to find out how to release Mystico from him curse. The Terror takes on the curse willingly and thus saves Mystico but the Phantom Galleon appears and it looks like Terror's biggest desire/nightmare are about to come true.
