    Wrongfully accused of her fathers murder rich heiress Billi Chadam goes into hiding. However being whiteness to all the cruelty put uppon the working classes by her ex piers she decides to take up where her father left off. So she takes her fathers mask and sword and prowls the post WWIII streets at night as The Sword of Toleado, fighting injustice and trying to prove who really did murder her father.
