    The Story:  Set in the early years of Batman's career, he comes face to face with Lex Luthor. A woman was murdered before Batman could get there to save her. She was a mere pawn in Lex Luthor's grand scheme that involves Waynetech Robots that he uses to take over the country.   My Thoughts:  These are the first six issues of the Batman Confidential series that focuses on Batman's early days as the Dark Knight. Later on Bruce Wayne finds his company locked in competition with Lex Luthor's for a defense contract funded by the government.
