The Architect is an autistic savant capable of warping matter with his imagination. He designs all of the Hunter-Killer bases by dreaming them up and willing them to appear. According to Ellis, "any terrain he can see, he can rearrange with his mind." Though he most commonly uses abilities to create or restructure buildings, with some thought he can connect distant locations to where he currently is and can manipulate inanimate matter on a personal scale (this however he finds difficult, comparing it to microsurgery). Having been blinded in Cyberforce/Hunter-Killer, it's unclear the extent to which he can use his abilities.
