    Origin

Annie is the member of a study group in the Greendale Community College.

    Creation

Drawn by Jim Mahfood. Writing credit is given to Troy Barnes, a fictional character from the TV show. It's actually the writing of show creator Dan Harmon.

    Major Story Arcs

When Snake Men attack her school, three of her friends are zapped into the Phantom Zone while she and her friend Britta are captured. The Snake Men (nonsexual beings) want Annie and Britta for breeding purposes and hold them captive in their underwear. Kickpuncher soon finds the Snake Men (with the help of Troy and Abed) in Cairo, Egypt and vanquishes them. Annie and Britta, through the harrowing experience of being snake person captives, realize a deep love for each other. She and Britta decide that they will live in the pyramid that housed them.

Annie is actually a character from NBC's "Community." She is played by Alison Brie. Since the comic is simply based on the members of the TV show it is not necessary to break down the TV character, but it would be handy to check the show out to see where the inspiration for the comic character came from.
