    Origin

    Nine years ago in Detroit, Agent Kemp was working undercover to bring in a Serbian arms dealer. Deadpool arrived at the meeting and literally blew it all to hell. The resulting explosion left Kemp as a tetraplegic. Despite her handicap she gained an extremely high status within the FBI before being forced to retire.

    Agent Kemp was created by Daniel Way and Ale Garza.

    After being forced to retire from the FBI, Agent Kemp is found to have stolen almost 7 billion dollars, enough to buy her own flying fortress and hire T. Ray and Slayback to kill Deadpool. She also hires Taskmaster to lead Deadpool to her fortress as well.
