    As of June 2013 Flint Comix is going into its fifth year of giving away free original content as well as syndicated material. The latest cover of Flint Comix was drawn by the legendary George Perez and was virtually out of supply as soon as it hit the stands. Randy Zimmerman one of the original founders of Arrow Comics and Ted Valley head of Vertigo theatrics started this paper as an experimetn in entertainment to the natives of Flint and Genesee county as well as the surrounding areas.
