First, FLARE presents her electric little sister SPARKPLUG with a brand new costume! Then it's truth or dare time, brought to you by writer Wilson Hill and artist Mark Propst, when Flare and Sparkplug challenge each other to reveal the secrets of their most embarrassing moments as costumed heroines. To that end, Dennis Mallonee and Tim Burgard set the stage for next issue's all-new adventure, with the classic tale of Flare's first encounter with the super-swift Dash! And Dennis Mallonee, Don Hillsman II, and Craig Stormon bring you the true story of Sparkplug's very first one-on-one encounter with the fabulous Flying Fox.
