A very special FINAL CRISIS one-shot honouring the passing of a great hero who's been a staple in the DC Universe for years. All that remains is one final memory that the League experiences together as they must fulfil his last wishes or die trying.

So certain words stand out. League and His. So it's one of the leagues and it's a male character. So we can count out that Wonder Woman will die.

What are you thoughts?

Cool. I had the idea it'd be a Male anyway, for some reason. But at least now i can say it's not going to be Wonder Woman who dies! :)

to be honest I don't really follow anything DC related...it's not that I don't liek it it's that idk never did get into it...but I did hear in another thread that Martina Manhunter died or was gonna die...and idk I know MM was in the league for a really long time..i don't think the text there really tells us that the person who dies is a current member of the team..they just had to be close to it..but idk...didn't Flash die too recently?

I think, even still i hope it will be someone Silver, maybe even Golden age, like in the JSA.

Yeah, Bart Allen died recently. I don't think it'd be a Flash anyway, it'll be some one more Major in the League. That's the way i see it anyway.

Let's not make ourselves too sure about this. As far I understand from this discussion, the only reasons you think it's Martian Manhunter is that he has been a member of the League and that it is fire on the image. I can be wrong, though. x_X

Oh yeah, but even if a Female was going to die, these three wouldn't be my first guesses, i think the death will be someone Major in the League, like i said before. Possibly Batman.

but what does fire have to do with Batman? I'm guessing this image should give us clues on who it might be...

I don't want it to be Martian Manhunter or Aquaman. I've loved MM for a long time. But only liked Aquaman since reading Justice series by Alex Ross. And liked him since them. But there are loads of members who I don't it to be. :( I don't see anything good coming of this. Unless A bad guy also dies...Superman Prime maybe.

The fire might be how they die, which does lend credence to Martian Manhunter or Aquaman but really fire could kill any human superhero, like Batman or Red Arrow in the JLA... And for all the Batman fans out there yes I know Batman could have something in his belt to stop the fire however if their going to kill Batman it will most likely end with him sacrificing himself to save either Dick, Jason or Tim.

But Red Arrow survives because he is in the new Titans series and the Justice League series. And anyway why would they kill off the large and expansive Batman franchise.

After reading DC Universe 0 , I think that Barry Allen is back.

I'm thinking, that Barry Allen might be one of the new gods from the fifth world? That some of the major hero's who've died or will die, ie J'on J'onz, Superboy, will come back as new gods for the fifth world! Just a theory at this point!
