Field trip...into the heart of the Negative Zone!

Scott Lang has already lost a daughter... watch what happens when he puts it all on the line to save... Bentley-23?

The shocking reveal of the villain pulling the strings and pitting family against family -- and a rescue mission unlike anything you've ever seen -- FF vs FF!

    Synopsis

The Wizard looks insane, and the things he's saying only seems to confirm that. It's obvious that he is controlling Medusa. It's also obvious that he is trying to convince Bentley 23 that the Wizard is the father, Medusa is the mother, and Blastaar is the uncle. The catch is that Bentley 23 is not buying it - even going so far as to say that the Wizard is not his father. Bentley 23 turns to Medusa and confronts her about being controlled by the Wizard. She momentarily snaps out of her stupor before the Wizard regains control. The Wizard then explains that he's brought the Future Foundation to the Negative Zone so as to kill them all, showing Bentley 23 that the family now surrounding him won't be broken as the FF falls. Bentley 23 yawns in disapproval as the three adults leave to kill the FF.

In the transported Baxter Building, Ant-Man quickly decides that his kids need to fight to protect themselves. Onome asks if Ant-Man cares that any of them will get hurt and he admits that watching over them has made him care more about their safety than he'd like to admit. But he also recognizes that each has skills that can help defend their world. That's when the Wizard, Medusa, and Blastaar enter the building. The Future Foundation springs into action.

The battle is fierce. The kids help in any way they can while Ant-Man tries to lead the team to a victory. Medusa seems conflicted for the fight. She keeps snapping in and out of her own mind. She tells Leech not to let go of her leg as a way to keep her grounded. All the while, Bentley 23 has been constructing a mysterious garment. Upon completion he phases into the battle and saves Darla from Blastaar by putting the garment on him. He is transported to the End of All Things.

The battle is over. The Wizard is held on trial by Black Bolt, who is sentenced to have "words" with the leader.

The Baxter Building is transported back to Manhattan and the Future Foundation enjoys a happy ending, especially Ant-Man, who has his hand on Darla's.

In Latveria, Alex Powers meets Dr. Doom. Doom asks how the FF is planning on ending him.

    Disappointing 0

It's hard for me to really say or acknowledge this, but, what once was one of my favorite series has fallen from grace and become okay at best, this issue a clear awakening call. That's not to say that this is bad or unreadable, but it no longer contains the goofy, comical, or weird panache that made this really worth following at the start. Instead, we, the readers, feel just how rushed along the story has become, resulting in an unsatisfying experience as a whole.Something that was made clear ...
