I will start with the art - I am not a fan, but I agree with djotaku, the children actually do like children. In previous issues, I have always felt they looked like awkward miniature teens. I do still like that the android is not wearing glasses... and while he does look more like a dragon, it isn't the look I would have picked out for him.
As everyone is stating, the story does indeed move on with this issue. There is a lot of action and a lot of character development. It is interesting how now that the FF series is focused on the children, we actually get a sense of how powerful they actually are... curious. ;)
I love the interaction between Val and Doom. He obviously respects her for her intelligence - I wonder if Kristoff is jealous... I am suspicious of Doom though, his decision surely wasn't based on sacrifice - rather his desire for the Ultimate Nullifier... Which reminds me, was it really an even swap, Anvil for Ultimate Nullifier?
Hopefully in the next issue we will find out how all this foreboding drama will play out. I really want to know what those celestial fingertips do!
